Scene3

In this scene the first which is truly nefarious. She goes to a lady and asked for some of her peanuts but got a response of ‘aroint thee witch’, this angers her so she doesn’t let the women’s husband leave. Then she stops him from sleeping permanently. A quote to back up my statement is ‘sleep shall neither night or day’

Scene4

This scene is not significant, the main thing that happens is that King Duncan promotes Macbeth and Banquo. Although, Macbeth is not happy with the thane of Cawdor he wants something better. ‘ stars hide your fires, let not light see my deep and dark desires’ backs up my statement.
